【About Kimono】

· Kimono for children is not available at the moment.

【Dressing · Hair Set】

· With dressing by experienced dresser, it will not collapse, it will not be painful.
· It is about 30 minutes by dressing and hair setting.
※ The time to choose a kimono is not included.
※ It may take some more depending on the busy season and time zone
※ Men's hair set is not made.
· Customers during pregnancy are not allowed to dress.


【About walks】

· We are renting at small items 3 points 1 set (option).
· Please return by 19:30 on the day.
· We also have the option to return it by 12:00 the next day. (1,500 yen added)


【About storage of luggage】

· We will keep your clothes, carry case etc. during the walk.


[About spots, dirt, and other troubles]

· In case it got dirty please report it at the time of return.
* Some dirt is okay. Cleaning fee will not be charged. Please return it as it is when it gets dirty.
· Please refrain from smoking when wearing kimonos.

【About stopping rental service】

· In case of Arashi, heavy snow, typhoon etc, we may refuse walks.
