Actually, that person, who was formerly working at a molding manufacturer, has a career who was involved in quality control and sales as well as molding technology. Such a person agreed to our corporate philosophy and joined the company. By hiring employees from molding manufacturers, we are aiming to further expand sales by expanding the range of business by enabling molding and mass production in China regardless of the mold business we have been doing so far. We also have knowledge of trade, so it is also a great story for us, which is strengthening our partnership with China. However, it does not mean that our company only has merit. Since we have a solid understanding of molding, we will be able to make proposals based on molding. Because we know the characteristics of each resin well, we are confident that it will reduce the loss and burden, which will be positive for our customers. At the actual meeting stage, proposals viewed from the molding side are also received by customers, and they are becoming reassuring.
