Keep your hands on maintenance

A factory specializing in injection molds, Tsushima Co., Ltd. This time we asked about the maintenance work that Mr. Tsushima is doing! Tachibana: The other day, there was a job to receive maintenance from a new customer. The customer asked us to repair something manufactured by another mold company. Of course, you don't have to maintain only your own products. He showed me the mold. It was sometimes made old, but it was completely different from the one manufactured in Tsushima. The mold was not very strong and difficult to mold. I made a request to Tsushima, so I was able to deal with what I could do within the design of the original mold. If you start over from the original design, it will be remade, so it is Tsushima's policy to do the best you can. If the mold is mass-produced, mass production will stop while repairing. That would be a negative time for the customer. That is why we strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Of course, if you have made it in-house, you can expect a repair if something goes wrong. However, when it comes to other companies, you can only understand it by opening it. It's a little pressure, but there's nothing to refuse. Anyway, it is Tsushima's way of doing the best for our customers. -Thank you very much! Repairing things that have not been made after editing seems to be a difficult task even from my point of view. However, Tachibana's voice of “trying it” was powerful and felt worthwhile!
